Observation

Licensor obtained enough information to determine staff member during the time of the incident was not scanning the environment, was not visibily checking on children on this particular incident, was not positoning themselves to be with in site and sound of children at all times, which led to childen having time to engage in inappropriate activity. At the time of the incident it was explained to Licensor Gjerde that the classroom had one blind spot, and the teacher was poistioned in an area where she was unable to see the children.
